Sour Cream Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (3 lb.) container Mrs. Gerry’s Original Potato Salad
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 4 green onion bulbs, sliced
- 4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
Combine all ingredients. Chill to 33° to 39°F before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
