Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese

Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 lb.) bag Mrs. Gerry’s Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, coarsely chopped (chicken breast or rotisserie chicken)

  • ½ cup FRANK’S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce (or other cayenne pepper sauce)

Instructions

  1. Heat Mrs. Gerry’s Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese according to package directions.

  2. Carefully pour hot Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese into a large mixing bowl. Stir in chicken and cayenne pepper sauce until thoroughly combined.

  3. Pour into a half pan. Serve immediately or maintain at 165º to 180ºF on a steam table.

    Makes 12 to 14 servings.

Ingredients

  • Unbaked pizza crust

  • Mrs. Gerry's Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese

  • Spinach

  • Diced tomatoes

  • Chicken

  • Shredded Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses

Instructions

  1. Arrange Mrs. Gerry's Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese on top of unbaked pizza crust.

  2. Top with spinach, tomatoes, chicken and cheeses.

  3. Bake at 350°F until pizza reaches a minimum of 165°F.

  • 1 (5 lb.) bag Mrs. Gerry’s Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese

  • ½ lb. Tuscan chicken

  • 1 oz. sundried tomatoes

  • 2.8 oz. precooked bacon pieces

  • 4 oz. fresh spinach leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese, chicken, sundried tomatoes and bacon pieces.

  2. Heat to 165°F.

  3. Right before serving, toss in spinach leaves.

  • 4 cups (about 1 ¼ lbs.) baked sweet potato, peeled and cubed

Instructions

  1. Heat Mrs. Gerry’s Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese according to package directions. Carefully pour into large mixing bowl.

  2. Gently stir in hot, baked sweet potato cubes until some of the cubes remain, but some orange swirls appear.

    Serve immediately or maintain at 165° to 180°F. Makes 20 to 24 side dish servings.

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 lb.) bag Mrs. Gerry’s Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese

  • 2 cups plain panko bread crumbs

  • 2 tbsp. butter

  • 1 lb. cooked, peeled, and deveined medium shrimp

  • 1 tsp. minced garlic (or to taste)

  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Heat Mrs. Gerry’s Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese according to package directions.

  3. While Macaroni & Cheese is heating, melt butter in medium skillet over medium-low heat. Add panko bread crumbs; stir to combine. Continue stirring frequently until crumbs are golden brown. Remove from heat.

  4. Carefully pour hot Macaroni & Cheese into a greased half pan. Gently stir in shrimp, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

  5. Top with buttered bread crumbs.

  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until shrimp is hot and crumbs are deep golden brown.

    Serve immediately or maintain at 165° to 180°F. Makes 12 to 14 servings.

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. Mrs. Gerry’s Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese

  • 1-15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained*

  • 1 -10 oz. can tomatoes & green chilies*

  • 2-5 oz. cans chicken breast, drained*

  • 1 tbsp. fajita seasoning mix

  • 2 cups (about 4 oz.) coarsely crushed yellow corn tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Heat Mrs. Gerry’s Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese according to package directions.

  3. Carefully pour into large mixing bowl.

  4. Gently stir in ingredients, except tortilla chips.

  5. Pour into greased half pan; top with crushed tortilla chips.

  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is hot and tortilla chips are lightly browned.

  7. Serve immediately or maintain at 165° to 180°F. Makes 12 to 14 servings.

With five different cheeses, our "adult" macaroni and cheese is already a stand out. Adding lobster and panko bread crumbs takes it to the next level. Pair with a salad, bread sticks and glass of wine for a simple, romantic meal. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 (5 lb.) bag Mrs. Gerry's Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese

  • 2 cups plain panko bread crumbs

  • 2 tbsp. butter

  • 1 lb. cooked lobster meat or lobster-flavored surimi

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Heat Mrs. Gerry's Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese according to package directions. While macaroni & cheese is heating, melt butter in medium skillet over medium-low heat. Add panko bread crumbs; stir to combine. Continue stirring frequently until crumbs are golden brown. Remove from heat. Carefully pour hot Macaroni & Cheese into a greased half pan. Gently stir in lobster or surimi; top with buttered crumbs. Bake for 15 or 20 minutes until lobster is hot and crumbs are deep golden brown.
