Ingredients

  • 1 (5 lb.) bag Mrs. Gerry's Premium Macaroni & Cheese, heated according to package directions

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned, crumbled and drained

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 (24 oz.) jar Prego Traditional Italian Sauce

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Provolone cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Additional warm Prego Traditional Italian Sauce, optional

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large saucepan, brown ground beef. Season with salt and pepper; drain. Add Italian sauce and heat gently. Generously spray a deep 9x13 inch lasagna pan (or a 4 inch foodservice half pan) with cooking spray. Layer ingredients in this order: half of Macaroni & Cheese, half of each of the cheeses, and half of the meat sauce. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered one hour or until center is 165° to 180°F. Serve immediately or maintain at 165° to 180°F.

  • 2 ½ lbs. lean ground beef

  • 1 ½ cups onion, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp. seasoning salt

  • 4 cups (32 oz.) beef broth

  • 1 (5 lb.) bag Mrs. Gerry's Premium Macaroni & Cheese

Instructions

  1. In a medium stockpot, combine ground beef, chopped onions, and seasoning salt; brown over medium high heat stirring occasionally.

  2. Stir in beef broth and Mrs. Gerry’s Premium Macaroni & Cheese, continuing to heat until soup temperature reaches 165°F to 180°F. Serve immediately or maintain at temperature.

If desired, serve with your favorite burger toppings: crumbled bacon, dill pickles, chopped tomatoes, avocado, or sautéed mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 lb.) bag Mrs. Gerrys Premium Macaroni & Cheese

  • 1 ½ cups corn meal

  • 1 ¾ cup pancake mix

  • 4 beaten eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle iron. In a large mixing bowl, combine Mrs. Gerrys Premium Macaroni & Cheese, corn meal, pancake mix, and eggs. Mix well.

  2. Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray, fill with 5 oz. of mix; do not over fill.

  3. Cook waffle for approximately 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.

Ingredients

  • 1-5 lb. bag Mrs. Gerry's Premium Macaroni & Cheese, heated according to pkg. directions

  • 2 cups fresh bread crumbs

  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Combine bread crumbs and butter.

  3. Divide hot Premium Macaroni & Cheese between six individual au gratin dishes.

  4. Top each with ¼ cup buttered crumbs.

  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crumbs are golden brown.

    Serve immediately or maintain at 165° to 180°F.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 (5 lb. bag) Mrs. Gerry's Premium Macaroni & Cheese

  • ¾ lb. cooked, diced chicken

  • ½ c. sour cream

  • ½ c. salsa

  • 2 c. crushed nacho chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large saucepan, combine hot Premium Macaroni & Cheese, chicken, sour cream and salsa; heat through.

  3. Pour meat mixture into a 4 inch deep half pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

  4. Spread crushed tortilla chips evenly over the top. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until chips are lightly browned.

    Serve immediately or maintain at 165° to 180°F.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 (5 lb.) bag Mrs. Gerry's Premium Macaroni & Cheese

  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage

  • 1 red pepper, diced

  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced

  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 4 eggs

  • 5-6 refrigerated biscuits, cooked according to package directions, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a large skillet, cook and crumble breakfast sausage. Remove from pan and set aside.

  3. In same skillet, sautee red pepper, jalapeno pepper and onion. When cooked through, combine in bowl with sausage.

  4. Combine sausage mixture with 1/2 (5 lb.) bag of Mrs. Gerry’s Premium Macaroni & Cheese. Pour into greased oven-safe or cast iron skillet.

  5. Whisk eggs then stir in crumbled biscuits. Pour on top of macaroni & cheese mixture.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and mac & cheese is heated through. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. Mrs. Gerry's Premium Macaroni & Cheese

  • 1 3/4 cups panko crumbs, divided

  • 1 1/2 cups complete pancake and waffle mix (such as Bisquick)

  • 1 tsp. onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

  • 4 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ingredients, only using 1 cup panko crumbs.

  3. Grease muffin tins. Sprinkle pinch of panko crumbs into wells.

  4. Spoon about 2 tbsp. of macaroni and cheese mixture into wells so that mixture is barely mounded.

  5. Sprinkle generously with panko crumbs.

  6. bake at 400 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 lb.) bag Mrs. Gerry's Premium Mac & Cheese, heated according to package directions
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (24 oz.) jar traditional Italian sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) package shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) packaged shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Additional warm traditional Italian sauce, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400˚F.
  2. In large saucepan, brown ground beef.
  3. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Drain grease.
  5. Add Italian tomato sauce and gently heat.
  6. Generously spray 9x13 inch lasagna pan with cooking spray.
  7. Layer ingredients in this order: half macaroni & cheese, half of each of the cheeses, and half the meat sauce.
  8. Repeat all layers.
  9. Set pan on foil-lined baking sheet to catch drips.
  10. Bake uncovered in oven preheated to 400˚F for one hour, or until center is 165˚-185˚F
